Some screenshots from a supposed remake of The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time for the Nintendo 3DS surfaced earlier today, and Nintendo wasted no time quashing them. It’s true.
Nintendo has confirmed that a remake of Ocarina of Time is coming to the newly revealed handheld in a developer roundtable.
The company seems to have several remakes in the works for the new system, including Star Fox 64. They said in the roundtable that their goal is to rope old players who have lost their way back in with familiar games that offer an interesting twist. No timetable has been revealed for release.
